The deconfinement of restaurants, shops or the tourism and culture sector will be accompanied by a recovery in the temporary employment sector in the coming weeks.

A trend has already been observed: employers are looking for employees again.

But many have been forced to change course with the crisis.

After a very difficult year for the 2.7 million workers in the interim sector, the reopening of terraces, clothing stores and non-essential businesses on May 19 suggests a little blue sky.

The temporary employment sector is already expecting a wave of job offers in the coming weeks, particularly in catering and construction.

Even if the number of positions to be filled will not reach the level before the health crisis.

It is indeed difficult to find order pickers or even in-store salespeople.

Some employers are therefore turning to students, observes Valerie Deflandres advisor at the youth information and documentation center.

"We have a glimmer. Employers are re-filing offers, even if not in large numbers. They prefer to do it as and when needed."
