A field survey conducted by Emirates Today in retail outlets in the Dubai and Sharjah markets showed the existence of 19 brands of beverage products called “Ramadan drinks”, in order to concentrate demand on them at great rates during the month of Ramadan.

The survey revealed a wide variety of flavors of these drinks, some of which are sold in the form of concentrated liquids, or in the form of concentrated powder for juices, prepared by adding water to them.

In addition, officials of retail outlets said that the great diversity of flavors is due to keeping pace with the variation in demand for these drinks from the different nationalities of consumers from the expatriate community in the country, according to their consumption habits.

They told "Emirates Today" that "Ramadan drinks" are witnessing intense competition during Ramadan, which is witnessing a great demand for them, ranging between 70 and 100% compared to normal periods.

In detail, "Emirates Today", in a field survey conducted in a number of major retail outlets in the Dubai and Sharjah markets, monitored the existence of 19 brands of beverage products called "Ramadan drinks", to concentrate demand on them in large proportions during the month of Ramadan.
