[Explanation] The first China International Consumer Goods Expo was held in Haikou, Hainan from May 7th to 10th, attracting more than 1,000 international brands from around the world to participate in the exhibition, including some overseas leading companies.

Now that China is able to hold such a grand event under the effective control of the domestic epidemic, it has once again made participating international companies realize that the Chinese market has increasingly become an important "footstone" supporting their performance growth and future development.

  [Explanation] The profitability of the Chinese market supports the performance after the outbreak.

Yang Baoyan, President of Tapestry Asia Pacific and President and CEO of Coach China, said in an interview with a reporter from China News Agency that, driven by Chinese consumers, the company's recent global revenue has increased significantly compared to before the epidemic.

In China, our business has achieved great success.

We just released the latest performance report this week. The data shows that the performance of the Chinese market is very impressive, and we are also very surprised to be able to achieve such results.

Compared with fiscal year 2020, sales in the Chinese mainland market increased by approximately 175%, and compared with fiscal year 2019, it increased by approximately 40%. The performance was remarkable.
