In the first quarter, the execution value of offshore information technology outsourcing (ITO), business process outsourcing (BPO), and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) undertaken by Chinese enterprises was 72.11 billion yuan, 30.61 billion yuan and 51.41 billion yuan, an increase of 71.8% year-on-year. 41% and 45%.

  From the perspective of the market, the international market structure is basically stable, and the amount of service outsourcing undertaken by RCEP member countries has grown rapidly.

In the first quarter, the implementation value of offshore outsourcing undertaken by Chinese companies from the United States, Hong Kong, China and the European Union was 34.99 billion yuan, 31.79 billion yuan and 17.95 billion yuan, an increase of 42.5%, 71.8% and 26.2% year-on-year, respectively. The signing of "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP) promoted enterprises to actively expand related markets. In the first quarter, Chinese enterprises undertook service outsourcing from 14 RCEP member states with a value of 37.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 64.7%, accounting for China's offshore service outsourcing execution. The amount is 24.3%.

  From a regional perspective, the Yangtze River Delta region and demonstration cities lead the development, and Jiangsu, Shanghai, Guangdong and other provinces and cities have obvious industry characteristics.

In the first quarter, the implementation of offshore service outsourcing in the Yangtze River Delta region was 77.75 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 56.1%, accounting for 50.4% of the country.

31 service outsourcing demonstration cities undertook 134.03 billion yuan in offshore outsourcing, a year-on-year increase of 55.2%, accounting for 87% of the country.

  From the perspective of enterprises, private enterprises have developed rapidly, and the number of enterprises with an implementation value of over 100 million yuan has increased significantly.

In the first quarter, the amount of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by private enterprises was 35.33 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 75.4%, which was 20 percentage points higher than the national average growth rate.

The offshore service outsourcing performed by foreign-invested enterprises was 74.98 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.9%, accounting for 48.7% of the country's total.

The overall development momentum of the company is good. In the first quarter, there were 505 companies with an offshore execution value of over 100 million yuan, an increase of 196 over the same period last year.

  From the perspective of employment, the ability to absorb employment has been further enhanced, and outstanding contributions have been made to the employment of college students.

As of March 2021, my country's service outsourcing has absorbed 13.143 million employees, of which 8.345 million have a university degree or above, accounting for 63.5%.

In the first quarter, there were 234,000 new employees in service outsourcing, a year-on-year increase of 98.1%, of which 152,000 had a university degree or above, accounting for 64.8%.
