Hyundai Research Institute raised the forecast of Korea's gross domestic product and GDP growth this year from 3.0% to 3.5%.

KB Kookmin Bank's Live Real Estate announced that the price of housing sales in Seoul rose 0.74% in April, down from 0.96% last month.
