New unicorn

With the increase in its valuation, Alan exceeds one billion euros of valuation and joins the unicorn companies, these companies which have more than one billion euros of valuation. For its co-founder, this success is based on the services offered by the company: "We make health insurance extremely clear, almost instantaneous. For example, 85% of our reimbursements are made in less than an hour. We have customer service that responds in minutes. In reality, we are not just health insurance. We are also an entire ecosystem of health services for our members. "

Launched in 2016, the founders of Alan try not to focus too much on the valuation of the insurer.

The company now wants to find new customers by launching new offers in the market in the coming months.
