There were criticisms for exaggerating the experimental results without animal testing or clinical trials, and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety accused Namyang Dairy of violating the Food Labeling and Advertising Act and requested administrative disposition to the city of Sejong.



Sejong City has notified Namyang Dairy's Sejong Plant of a two-month suspension of business in advance.
