Tower “A” was built at a height of 304 meters, and it was fully connected to the adjacent “B” tower via a 225 meter long suspended bridge.
Tower "A" required concrete and steel reinforcement equivalent to the weight of more than 94 Airbus A380 aircraft.
The tower includes seven underground basements, 67 floors above the roof, 17 floors of offices, 399 luxury hotel rooms, 94 hotel apartments, and six floors dedicated to the new headquarters of the Investment Corporation in Dubai.
One of the characteristics of the "A" tower in particular is that it contains five elevators with two floors, in addition to three elevators dedicated to serving the ground and first floors to the 24th and 25th floors, and two elevators that start from the basement and the ground floor to the 61st and 62nd floors.
