In a speech at the signing ceremony, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Bozhou and Governor Badmara stated that Bozhou vigorously implemented the four development strategies of “uniting and stabilizing the state, establishing an ecological state, strengthening the state through ports, and prospering the state through tourism”, and regarded investment attraction as the first kinetic energy.
