In detail, the "Nakheel" real estate development company, "The View at the Palm", has opened a viewing platform that provides 360-degree views of "Palm Jumeirah", which is scheduled to open its doors to the public as of tomorrow, the seventh of April.

The company said that the disclosure of the opening date of "The View at the Palm" coincides with the announcement by "Nakheel" company, recently, about the completion of 95% of the "The Palm Tower", whose components are scheduled to open by October of this year.

He added that the opening of the platform under the precautionary measures and preventive measures will enhance the safe environment that Dubai has created.

In addition, the Chief Commercial Officer at Nakheel, Aqeel Kazim, said in a press statement on the sidelines of the opening event that the company had offered the last remaining apartments in the 52-storey "The Palm Tower", which is located in "Palm Jumeirah". Pointing out that about 70% of the apartments in the tower have been sold, and they will be delivered at the end of next October, pointing out that 95% of the tower has been completed.

In turn, the general manager of the entertainment department at “Nakheel Malls” said that the company will complete all construction work in four retail projects affiliated with it, namely, “Circle Mall”, “Warsan Market”, “Al Khail Avenue”, as well as “Al Mirfa Market”. During the current year, he indicated that a large percentage of spaces have been reserved in these projects.

The visitors' tour begins in the direction of the "The View at the Palm" platform from the second floor of the "The Palm Tower", which can be accessed directly from "Nakheel Mall".

The podium, which is located on the 52nd floor of the "The Palm Tower" at an altitude of 240 meters above "Palm Jumeirah", includes an exclusive lounge for VIP visitors and personalities extending over an area of ​​120 square meters, and features an external balcony with views of the island, the sea and the city. .

Platform tickets prices vary according to the category, starting at 100 dirhams for adults and 69 dirhams for children, while fast track prices start from 175 dirhams for adults and 120 dirhams for children.

As for the VIP packages, they start from 350 dirhams for adults and 200 dirhams for children, while entry is free for children under the age of four.
