He is one of the best experts on Germany among the major economists in the USA: Adam Posen is President of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, one of the most important think tanks in Washington.

Posen, who was a Bosch scholarship holder for the Bundesbank and Deutsche Bank at a young age, was also a member of the Central Bank Council of the Bank of England from 2009 to 2012.

We should let market forces work, but combine this with an aggressive plan that will help cushion the imminent restructuring.
