The report pointed out that in March, the search for new houses in various parts of China had a significant increase, and the overall search for houses across the country rose by 36.7% from the previous month.
Among them, first-tier cities increased by 39.6% month-on-month, second-tier cities increased by 42.2% month-on-month, third- and fourth-tier cities rose by 32.0%.
The top six cities for housing search activity are Zhengzhou, Kunshan, Hohhot, Guiyang, Foshan and Nanning.

The home buyers' confidence index showing future expectations fell slightly.

The broker confidence index also fell.
