According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the number of newly constructed houses nationwide in February was 67,64 units, a decrease of 3.7% from the same month last year, falling below the previous year for 20 consecutive months.

Due to the impact of the new coronavirus, the number of “rental houses” that indicate rental housing such as apartments has continued to decrease, and the number of condominiums that increased in January also began to decrease.
