The "Measures" clarify the management requirements for the registration and inventory of state-owned cultural relics, protection and utilization, information management, and asset reporting.

The overall positioning is: to ensure the safety, integrity, effective protection and rational use of state-owned cultural relics resources and assets.

Museums (memorials), libraries, and other management and collection units should strengthen the management of the display and utilization of cultural relics resources, effectively revitalize cultural relics resources, improve the efficiency of cultural relics resources and assets, and give full play to the role of cultural relics publicity and education to meet the social and public cultural needs.

  In addition, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transport recently jointly issued the "Interim Measures for the Management of Highway Assets", which clarified the requirements for standardizing and strengthening highway asset management: to ensure the safety and integrity of highway assets, give full play to highway functions, and promote the healthy development of the highway industry for better To provide public transportation services.

Highway assets shall be accounted for in accordance with the unified national accounting system, and the information management of highway assets shall be conducted in accordance with the unified data standard format.
