According to Wang Haiying, the executive deputy mayor of Changchun, in 2021, the city plans to build 1,270 projects with a total investment of 1.2 trillion yuan and an annual planned investment of 220 billion yuan.

Among them, there are 399 spring projects over 100 million yuan, an increase of 107 over the same period last year. The annual planned investment is 94.2 billion yuan, an increase of 31.1 billion yuan over the same period last year.

Among them, 79 projects were newly started with more than 100 million yuan, an increase of 34 year-on-year, an increase of 4.4 percentage points from the same period last year.
