The Churchill Towers, a residential and commercial tower in the Business Bay area of ​​Dubai, is a project developed by the Emirates National Investment Company, also known as the Emirates National Towers.

The project consists of the Churchill Executive Tower, and the Churchill residential tower, which is taller than the first tower, and is classified as one of the highest towers in that commercial area, and is ranked 56th among the Dubai Towers with a height of 244 meters.

The residential tower provides apartments consisting of one to four rooms and a hall, with high-speed elevators, and a reserve of electricity. It also includes air conditioning and central heating systems, and offers a gym, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, as well as dedicated play areas. For children, a basketball court, a chapel, a tennis court, and a mini golf, as well as allowing its residents to bring pets.

Both "residential" and "commercial" towers share a ground floor that includes an elegant foyer and reception desk.

The residential tower includes 250 apartments consisting of one room and a hall, 208 two-bedroom apartments and a hall, 12 apartments consisting of three rooms and a hall, in addition to “penthouses” that overlook Business Bay and Burj Khalifa.

The rental prices for a one-room apartment start from 60,000 dirhams annually, and for a two-bedroom apartment from 80,000 dirhams annually, while the larger apartments range from 140 to 150 thousand dirhams.

In terms of sale, the prices of one-room apartments in the residential tower ranged between 800 thousand and 1.5 million dirhams, while the sale prices of two-bedroom apartments start from 1.2 to 2.4 million dirhams, and rise to 3.2 million dirhams for the larger apartments.
