The current main building, which is the third generation, has been 50 years since its completion, and the facilities have deteriorated, so we decided to rebuild it.

We plan to start rebuilding the "Tower Building" in 2024, reopen it in 2030, and then start rebuilding the "Main Building" in 2031, the following year, and reopen it in 2036.

The operating company, "Imperial Hotel," expects a final deficit of 14.8 billion yen for the entire group this year, but it aims to compete with foreign-affiliated hotels by renewing its facilities in anticipation of the end of the infection.
