Over the past ten years in the industry, she has experienced incidents of "unreasonable trouble" by her employers several times.

She has witnessed workers being suspected of stealing property by their employers and being asked by the employer to search the workers.

"We know he has no right to do that, but there is no way." Rong Kunju said.

The reality is that the employer did not lose anything, he was just out of suspicion.

  Now, for Rong Kunju, who has a good reputation, she is not worried about being misunderstood.

What worries her is that domestic workers are required to have health checkups on a regular basis, but they do not know the health status of their employers.

"What if the employer has an infectious disease, do we also have the right to know the employer's health status?"

  Ren Lu and Rong Kunju, the live-in nanny from Chongqing, have the same problem.

She said, “Only the service staff is required to provide a health certificate.
