Hotels operating in the country have offered discounts of up to 35% on accommodation, as well as discounts on food and beverages that they provide at rates of up to 25%, on the occasion of the spring break for schools that begins on March 26 for a period of three weeks.

Officials in those hotels told Emirates Today that the holiday will greatly contribute to stimulating domestic tourism, expecting hotel occupancy to increase by more than 90%.

Baker added that the group began offering discounts of 30% on accommodation in its hotels, in addition to obtaining free vouchers in the entertainment destination "Dubai Parks and Resorts", in addition to the possibility of late delivery of rooms and free accommodation for children under the age of six, pointing out that these The shows run until the end of spring break.

And he expected the occupancy rate during the spring break of this year at the Park Regis Chris Keane Hotel in Dubai to grow by 150%, compared to the same period last year.

In the same context, Osama Sharrouf, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at “Jannah Hotels and Resorts” group, said that, starting from yesterday, the group began offering discounts of 15% on room rates, in addition to a 20% discount on food and beverages in its hotels in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. As well as two entry cards to "Dubai Parks and Resorts" with every stay in any of the group's hotels in the Emirates, indicating that the discounts will continue until the first day of Ramadan.

He pointed out that the offers will continue until the summer vacation for schools, especially since all current indicators promise a good summer in terms of occupancy rates, with expectations of a slowdown in foreign tourism due to the repercussions of the Corona pandemic, which is in the interest of the UAE, which has succeeded in confronting the pandemic with great professionalism.

Haseeb indicated that hotel occupancy rates during the coming period will be linked to incentives and discounts offered by hotels, as well as compliance with health and safety standards.

Rachel Lopez, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Barcelo Hotels Group in the Gulf Cooperation Council states, said that the group has prepared to receive residents and tourists in its hotels during the spring break by offering discounts that last until the end of the holiday, explaining that these discounts start from 10%.
