“The Forum will be held in a traditional face-to-face format using modern digital technologies that provide the possibility of broadcasting events on its resources,” the press service of the Adviser to the President of Russia, Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee Anton Kobyakov is quoted as saying.

The relevant working group chaired by the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova will develop a set of epidemiological safety measures, including monitoring the health of passengers arriving in St. Petersburg, expanding the infrastructure for organizing participants' access to the site, as well as equipping the ventilation systems of the Expoforum Exhibition and Convention Center with special disinfection devices.

SPIEF 2021 will take place on June 2-5.

The forum will be attended by representatives of the World Health Organization (WHO).
