  In terms of cities, the digital economy service quality satisfaction of the surveyed cities in 2020 has improved compared with 2019.

In terms of ranking, Wuhan surpassed Suzhou from fifth in the previous year and jumped to fourth.

  According to the China Quality Association, the digital economy service quality satisfaction is a comprehensive development measurement indicator, which is affected by many factors such as the level of regional economic development, the status quo of the digital economy, and the development potential of the digital economy.

At present, the service quality satisfaction of China's digital economy is gradually weakening from east to west.

Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing are in the first echelon of service quality satisfaction in the digital economy (ranked in the top three).

Wuhan, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Chongqing are in the second echelon of service quality satisfaction in the digital economy.

Guiyang, Xi'an, Nanning, and Harbin are in the third echelon of service quality satisfaction in the digital economy.

  In terms of business formats, the satisfaction scores of various business formats in 2020 have increased significantly compared with last year. The overall satisfaction scores of digital economy service quality in different business formats are all above 76 points, and the satisfaction of mobile payment and online social media is the highest.

  It is worth mentioning that the digital economy sharing index (82.1) in 2020 is 1.5 points higher than that in 2019, and the development level and popularity of digital economy services have further improved.

The role of digital economy services in enhancing consumer happiness has been further increased, and consumer happiness has increased by 2.2 points compared with 2019.

  The survey shows that the top three business formats that have the most significant effect of digital economy services on consumer happiness are: Internet medical care, online live broadcast, and online social media.

  In addition, the scope of digital economy services has become wider, and consumer participation has increased.

The survey shows that consumers most frequently use the digital economy service format for an average of 3-5 years, and the average frequency of use is 5-10 times a week. The intensity of participation has increased compared with 2019, especially for elderly people over 60 years old. The level of participation has increased more significantly than in 2019.
