As the government decided to increase the public price of apartments and apartments this year by more than 19% on average, the number of homes subject to comprehensive real estate tax on a per household basis increased by more than 215,000 units from last year.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport this year, a total of 52,620 houses nationwide and 412,000,970 houses in Seoul were counted for the publicly priced houses that exceeded 900 million won, which is subject to the tax on a per household basis.

Among all apartments and other multi-family houses, the proportion of houses exceeding KRW 900 million is 3.7% in the country and 16.0% in Seoul.

The number of apartments subject to tax tax in the country increased by 215,000 (69.6%) from 309,000 units last year.

In the case of Seoul, it increased from 28,842 to 132,128 (47.0%) last year.

As the so-called Nodo River (Nowon, Dobong, Gangbuk) and other low- and mid-priced homes in Gangbuk have risen a lot, it seems that the number of targets for tax inclusion has increased.

In the case of Gyeonggi-do, the number of houses subject to the tax tax was 84,323, more than four times higher than last year's 2587.

Busan also reached 12,510 this year, more than four times higher than last year's 2,912.

What attracts attention is Sejong City, whose public price has risen significantly this year.

In Sejong City, where the official price of apartments this year rose more than 70% of last year, the number of apartments exceeding 900 million this year was 1,760 units, a 70-fold increase from last year's 25 units.

In the case of Daejeon, it nearly tripled from 729 to 2,87.

Even in regions where there were no apartments subject to tax levies, a new levy has been created.

140 units in Ulsan and 50 units in Chungbuk are listed on the list of apartments subject to taxation.

In the case of Chungnam, the number increased from 2 last year to 26 this year.

Last year, the rise in house prices spread to metropolitan cities and Chungbuk provinces, and according to administrative districts, all provinces except Gangwon-do and Jeju-do have expanded regulated areas such as areas subject to adjustment.

As a result, only four of the 17 cities and provinces that do not have apartments subject to the taxation tax are Gangwon-do, Jeonbuk, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam.
