  Xin Guobin said that it is necessary to accelerate the development of key core technologies such as new electronic and electrical architectures and operating systems, study and formulate urgently needed technical standards and access management requirements, continue to optimize the policy environment, create an innovative industrial ecology, and accelerate the development of the intelligent networked automobile industry.

  In November 2020, China's "New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan (2021-2035)" was released to the public, proposing that by 2025, China's new energy vehicle market will be significantly more competitive, with key points such as power batteries, drive motors, and vehicle operating systems.
