The prices ranged from 138 yuan to 599.5 yuan per item, most of which were on various platforms. The sales of similar products in the medium are higher, and the platform recommends top products.
The comparison test was entrusted to Zhejiang China Textile Standard Inspection Co., Ltd. to complete the test items including identification, fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, etc.
The test results showed that among the 30 batches of test samples, 24 batches of test results did not meet the national mandatory standards or recommended product standards, accounting for 80% of the total purchased batches.
Among them, down content, down filling amount, identification label, fiber content and bulkiness are the main problem items.
In terms of down content and down filling amount, the down content of 12 samples did not meet the national standards, and there were 12 down jacket samples that did not indicate the down filling amount.
For example, the filling content of the Ruiziman/Xiaomeiqi brand down jackets purchased from Pinduoduo has not reached 50%, the down jackets of the Buyi Legend brand purchased from Taobao, and the two Yalu brand down jackets purchased from Tmall. None of them meet the requirements of national standards.
The identification of 19 sample down garments from platforms such as Douyin, Taobao and Pinduoduo did not meet relevant standards.
