public's concerns grew, Deputy Prime Minister Hong Nam-ki repeatedly stressed that he would continue to supply housing on schedule, even referring to a specific timetable.



It has been announced that it will start pre-subscription for the 2nd and 4th supply countermeasure candidate sites in March, the second new public housing site in April, and the 3rd new city in July.



However, there are many prospects that the project will become even more difficult with voices asking to cancel the designation of a new city.



In particular, out of the 830,000 supply plans for the 2nd and 4th measures, 570,000 are publicly-led, premised on the participation of the private sector, and may serve as a justification for the refusal of the private sector to participate in a situation where there is great anxiety.
