Dubai Land indicated that it had launched a "green list" service on the "Dubai Rest" application, with the aim of providing link services between property owners and brokers to shop for their properties. For his part, the legal advisor, Ahmed Jaber, stressed that the real estate broker must have a legal license to practice the profession of brokerage, in addition to the need for the broker to take into account that violating the investor's privacy may place it under penalty of law.
