Chinanews.com, Beijing, February 26 (Reporter Pang Wuji) In response to the implementation of centralized land supply measures for relevant cities that have recently been followed by online media, the head of the Department of Natural Resources Development and Utilization of the Ministry of Natural Resources stated that the Ministry of Natural Resources resolutely implements the "House is What is used for living is not for speculation and the decision-making and deployment of "stabilizing land prices, housing prices, and expectations". Based on past work, we will continue to improve work measures.

The person in charge said that stabilizing market expectations requires not only a reasonable supply and demand relationship, but also sufficient information disclosure, so that various market entities and consumers can fully grasp relevant information.

Since last year, the Ministry of Natural Resources has put forward three requirements for key cities: One is to increase the supply of residential land steadily and reasonably, and to ensure the scale of land supply as the first requirement.

In 2020, the supply of residential land in key cities has exceeded the average completed transaction volume in the past five years, and most of them have increased significantly compared with 2019.

Require major cities to continue to increase the supply of residential land this year.

The second is to fully disclose residential land supply information, including stock information, and require full disclosure to various market entities and consumers.

As of November last year, key cities have been announced as required.

The data shows that the area of residential land that has been supplied but not yet completed in key cities is about 5.5 times the average completed transaction volume in the past five years, of which the uncompleted area after deducting sales permits is more than twice.

The third is to reduce the impact on market expectations caused by insufficient related information during the public transfer of land, to correct irregularities such as the randomness, fragmentation, and uncertainty of information disclosure, and to prevent market entities from not having important related information. Competition, this year requires all localities to further reasonably and appropriately concentrate residential land transfer information, and key cities should centrally announce and supply residential land so that various market entities and consumers can fully grasp the information and form reasonable expectations.

At the same time, continue to encourage localities to explore land price stabilization measures, such as bidding for construction, and bidding for self-sustainment.
