On its website, the company advised travelers through Dubai International Airport to avoid using scarves or shawls as masks, and also asked travelers to avoid wearing plastic masks.

She stated, in her official account on the social networking site "Twitter", that for some international destinations, travelers may be required to wear "specific" masks, adding: "Due to local regulations, medical face masks are only accepted on flights from Dubai to Germany, France and Austria." .

It indicated that "for passengers who cannot wear a medical mask throughout the trip for medical reasons, they must complete the medical information form before traveling on the airline's website."
