In "La France bouge", on Europe 1, Stéphane Hégédus, vice-president and HR director of mc2i, presented the vast recruitment plan of his company.

300 people, especially young people, are invited to join the company specializing in digital transformation consulting.

Despite the coronavirus crisis, mc2i is part of "a strong hiring dynamic".

This company, created in 1989 and specializing in digital transformation consulting, wants to continue to grow in 2021, by recruiting 300 people, including 250 on permanent contracts.

250 people on permanent contracts, but also 50 interns and work-study students, will be able to join the 900 employees of the company based in the Paris region, to "support our major projects and clients", explains Stéphane Hégédus.

In 2020, despite the appearance and explosion of the coronavirus epidemic, the company had made 170 hires.

"A great sense of service"

But what are the expected profiles?

"We are looking for consultants, with skills in digital transformation, attracted by new technologies, and who wish to participate in the digital revolution that surrounds us", explains the manager.

The company is also looking for people wishing to work "as close as possible to our customers with a great sense of service".

The positions are to be filled now, exclusively in Paris and in the Paris region.

Note that the company applies strict parity, with 50% of women in its workforce.

Engineering schools, business schools, universities ...

"80% of our recruitment are young graduates with a bac +5 level, with a first experience or not", continues Stéphane Hégédus.

"They can come from engineering schools, but also from business schools, universities with a dominant in information system."

In addition, "we are also looking for more experienced profiles for positions of project managers or experts", specifies the vice-president of mc2i. 

Regarding interns, he adds, they are recruited "in a logic of pre-employment".

In 2020, underlines Stéphane Hégédus, "we hired two thirds of our interns".
