The drive end and non-drive end shaft vibration values driven by the internal high-speed running core components developed by the company's R&D team are 8-9μm, which is less than the 11-13μm before maintenance, reaching the performance of similar international models.

It is reported that the compressor unit of the Shaanxi-Beijing Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline is an imported RF4BB36 centrifugal compressor. During the maintenance, technicians found a 3cm long crack at the inlet of the first stage impeller of the compressor's core component, and the first stage of the balance disc seal. The three sets of comb teeth also showed serious wear. In order to ensure the normal gas supply in the capital, the enterprise technical team communicated and exchanged with relevant domestic enterprises with strong technical strength in advance, and arranged engineers to carry out impeller and balance disk surveying and mapping, and directly participated in the remanufacturing of new Impeller and balance disc, completed the processing, assembly and testing of the entire impeller and balance disc within 45 days.

In order to promote the localization of imported compressor sets related equipment, the company has established a technical research team to contact domestic compressor spare parts in advance.
