Etisalat announced yesterday that it will provide a package of discounts and offers for senior citizens with the Thukher card issued by the Dubai Community Development Authority, based on its keenness to actively participate in various social responsibility initiatives aimed at making community members happy.

Etisalat said in a statement that under this new partnership, holders of the Thuker card for senior citizens receive a 20% discount on the postpaid Freedom packages in categories (225 dirhams, 275 dirhams, 500 dirhams), in addition to priority in answering their calls. When contacting the customer service center, the priority is to deal with their complaints and receive them at Etisalat branches.

She added that this offer can be activated at Etisalat's sales centers, on a single mobile phone account registered in the name of the cardholder according to the Emirates ID.
