Thursday, in "La France bouge", the online platform Kiute presented its job offers for the year 2021, including the recruitment of nearly fifty salespeople.

In this period disrupted by the coronavirus crisis, Europe 1 has decided to give pride of place to job offers for young people.
The company Kiute, an online platform for booking appointments in beauty and hairdressing salons, offers 100 permanent positions for the year 2021, for young graduates and more experienced profiles.

"Supporting digitization"
The company, which presents itself as the Doctolib of beauty, evokes a crisis which represented a "real boost" for the digitization of the beauty professions.
"We are testing a lot of hairdressing salons and institutes in order to be able to adapt to this context, flow management, payment, etc.", explains Ilan Koskas.
"The key point is the fact of wanting to support a profession to digitize. We have a profession that is not necessarily comfortable with digital. You have to have the desire to transmit and spend time to explain the benefit this can bring. "

"There is a good part, almost half of the positions, on the commercial part, which will meet professionals in the regions", explains the manager of this platform born from the merger of LeCiseau.fr and Flexi.
"We are present in more than 200 cities in France. They are permanent contracts, with profiles of young graduates or with two to five years of experience."
For salespeople, the salary, made up of a fixed part and a variable part, is "about 30,000 euros per year".
