At the same time, the ambassador added that in December 2020, all the necessary agreements on oil supplies were concluded between the Russian and Belarusian sides.
In February 2020, the deputy chairman of Belneftekhim, Vladimir Sizov, said that the parties had signed a protocol on compensation of costs in connection with the supply of dirty oil.
