Currently, the brokerage commission rate system in Seoul is divided into five stages based on the sales price of 50 million won and 200 million, 600 million and 900 million won.

The proposal of the National Human Rights Committee is to increase the fee rate in 7 steps up and down, centering on 900 million won, 0.5% of the house price for less than 600 million, and different fee rates for houses that are more expensive.
