  [Explanation] According to reports, the bedding on the train includes quilt covers, pillowcases, small sheets, tablecloths, and headrest sheets for EMU trains, which are also the main items cleaned in the washing workshop.

At 10 am, the reporter saw in the sorting hall that the bedding that had just been changed from the T232 train was waiting for sorting.

  For the “dirty products” that come off the car, we first lay a cloth cushion to prevent secondary pollution, put these “dirty products” on the cloth, and first kill them with 84 disinfectant. .

  [Explanation] After disinfection and sorting, these "dirty products" are pushed into the washing workshop and enter the washing process.

The washing process of the train bedding originally included disinfection. During the epidemic prevention and control period, the workshop strengthened the disinfection methods, and "increased" and "extended".

  Now because it is during the epidemic, we are performing secondary disinfection, once with standard sodium hypochlorite, and another with dichloroisocyanuric acid tablets, which is also of that kind, called YouChlorine for short. Because of the current epidemic, our disinfection In the process, the washing time was usually one hour before, but now it has been extended from one hour to one and a half hours after secondary disinfection.

  [Explanation] According to reports, the workshop uses a 100 kg washing machine, which can wash 400 sheets, 100 duvet covers, and 800 pillowcases in a single time.

Han Weiqiang said that on the basis of the previous cold water washing, the workshop has now added a 90℃ high temperature washing process.

  [Explanation] After one and a half hours, the washing is completed, and after 20 minutes of drying, it will enter the final disinfection process, ironing at a high temperature of 175℃, and then the bedding will be bundled and bagged, waiting to be sent to the train.

  Our bedding has gone through the steps of washing, drying, ironing and cleaning, and has undergone high-temperature disinfection to meet safe use standards. Our goal is to prevent the spread of the new crown epidemic through our bedding.
