Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department exceeded 1.7 billion dirhams.

In a statement, the department stated that it witnessed 224 pledges of allegiance to the value of 385.66 million dirhams, including 18 sales of lands worth 98.28 million dirhams, and 206 sales of apartments and villas worth 287.39 million dirhams.

The most important land sales in the “Al-Marakad” region came with a value of 13 and 12 million dirhams, respectively, and “Al-Merkad” topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, after it recorded five sales of 56 million dirhams, followed by the “Al-Habibiya III” region with five sales of 12 million dirhams. Dirhams, and "Nad Al Sheba the Third" by recording four sales worth 10 million dirhams.

A pledge of 21 million dirhams came in the “Fourth Warsan” area, as the most important sales of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, and then a pledge of 6 million dirhams in the “Third Habiya” area.

“Business Bay” topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 38 pledges at a value of 47 million dirhams, followed by “Al-Barsha South Fourth” with 25 pledges at a value of 23 million dirhams, and then “Al-Barsha South Fifth” by registering 15 pledges at a value of 17 million dirhams.

In turn, mortgages recorded a value of 1.34 billion dirhams, of which 21 mortgages were for lands worth 1.26 billion dirhams, and 37 mortgages for villas and apartments valued at 87.01 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al-Raffa area, at a value of 918 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina, with a value of 269 million. Dirhams.

"Dubai Land" witnessed the registration of eight donations, valued at 14.03 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "Palm Jumeirah" area, with a value of five million dirhams, and the other in the "Jumeirah First" area, with a value of four million dirhams.
