Suzuki produces passenger cars and light trucks at two plants in Yangon, Myanmar's largest city.



In response to the coup d'etat, all 400 employees, including Japanese, were instructed to wait at home at these factories, and the factories were shut down for two days up to the third day. ..



According to the company, after that, it was decided to resume operations from the 4th, saying that there was no major obstacle to the commuting and working of employees through the local corporation and the safety was confirmed.
