Provincial-level financial departments and small and medium-sized enterprises in charge should strengthen the management of relevant bonus funds according to the division of responsibilities and improve the efficiency of fund use.

The award-winning supplementary funds of the public service demonstration platform must be used for service-specialized and new "little giant" enterprises, and must not be used to balance the fiscal budget of the same level, and must not be used for the construction of the demonstration platform itself, working expenses, etc.; In case of problems, the relevant bonus funds shall be deducted as appropriate.
