"Flydubai" resumes its flights to Tbilisi

"Fly Dubai Company" announced yesterday that it will resume its flights to the Georgian capital, Tbilisi, at a rate of two flights per week between Dubai International Airport and Tbilisi International Airport, pointing out that the Georgian authorities began to ease travel restrictions as of February 1.

The first vice president of commercial operations and e-commerce at flydubai, Jihon Effendi, said that the airline has steadily expanded its network to more than 65 destinations, stressing that it will continue to operate flights to more destinations while easing restrictions in countries within the airline’s geographical scope.

Citizens and residents of the UAE and Bahrain can travel to Tbilisi, if they have a negative PCR test within a period not exceeding 72 hours before the flight departure time.

On the third day after entering Georgia, visitors must take an additional test at their own expense. Passengers with a certificate of vaccination against "Covid-19" can also travel.

And flydubai pointed out that its flights to Tbilisi will depart from Dubai International Airport on Mondays and Thursdays, noting that the prices of return tickets for business class from Dubai International Airport to Tbilisi start from 5745 dirhams, and economy class prices from 1685 dirhams.
