Does the Ministry of Commerce have any comments?

Gao Feng responded that we noticed that on December 18, 2020, Amphenol of the United States filed a 337 investigation application with the US International Trade Commission for specific electrical connectors and cages.

On January 21, 2021, the US International Trade Commission decided to initiate an investigation into this case.

At present, the Chinese companies involved in the case are actively responding.

Gao Feng said that the Chinese government attaches great importance to intellectual property protection and has always advocated that enterprises respect intellectual property rights. At the same time, we also oppose the abuse of intellectual property protection and the practice of protectionism.
