Assistants, managers and salespeople, with or without experience

"We are mainly looking for profiles 18-25 years old, with or without experience. Access to real estate professions is possible even without experience," she says.

The president of Orpi adds that the network of agencies is thus "structured to support training in all trades. We have training courses for all profiles, young and old, with or without experience. We offer all the course with training centers in particular. "

"Over the year, we recruit 1,000 people"

Christine Fumagalli was also satisfied with the good figures of her network, despite the crisis.

"The real estate sector is doing well, in any case better than many others. Our network is growing and we have new real estate consumption, with medium-sized towns which are expanding", specifies- she, noting a strong attraction for the Île-de-France, Rhône-Alpes and PACA regions.

"Everywhere in France we are expanding our teams to cope with this influx of customers. Over the year, we recruit 1,000 people," she concluded.
