  In terms of scale, in 2020, the value of service outsourcing contracts undertaken by Chinese enterprises was 1702.27 billion yuan (the same currency below), and the executed value was 12.11.32 billion yuan, an increase of 8.4% and 13.3% respectively.

Among them, the contract value of offshore service outsourcing was 973.89 billion yuan, and the execution value was 730.2 billion yuan, an increase of 5.8% and 11.4% respectively.

(Calculated in U.S. dollars, the contract value of service outsourcing undertaken in 2020 was US$246.23 billion, and the execution value was US$175.35 billion, an increase of 4.5% and 10.9% year-on-year respectively. Among them, the contract value of offshore service outsourcing was US$140.41 billion and the execution value was US$105.78 billion. (Increase by 1.1% and 9.2% respectively) to achieve the development goal of over 100 billion U.S. dollars in the 13th Five-Year Plan.

  From a structural point of view, information technology outsourcing (ITO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) have maintained rapid growth. In 2020, the offshore execution value will be 320.41 billion yuan and 292.14 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.7% and 17.9%; business process outsourcing (BPO) The offshore execution amount was 117.65 billion yuan, down 0.6% year-on-year.

The offshore execution value of the highly digital integrated circuit and electronic circuit design business was 49.09 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 41%; the knowledge-intensive medicine and biotechnology R&D business offshore execution amounted to 48.81 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25%.

  From the perspective of the market, in 2020, I will undertake US service outsourcing execution amount of 155.06 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17%.

The execution value of offshore outsourcing undertaken by Hong Kong, China and the EU was 119.83 billion yuan and 117.68 billion yuan, an increase of 5.7% and 5.8% respectively year-on-year.

The top three markets of the United States, Hong Kong, and the European Union account for 53.8% of China's offshore service outsourcing total.

The implementation value of offshore outsourcing from countries along the “Belt and Road” was 136.06 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.9%.

  From a regional perspective, in 2020, the implementation of offshore service outsourcing in the Yangtze River Delta region was 367.86 billion yuan, an increase of 13.3% year-on-year, accounting for 50.4% of the country; the implementation of offshore outsourcing in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was 69.77 billion yuan, an increase of 8.6% year-on-year; Guangdong The offshore service outsourcing undertaken by the Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area amounted to 83.88 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.8%.

The 31 service outsourcing demonstration cities undertook offshore outsourcing executions of 603.95 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.3%, accounting for 82.7% of the country.

It is worth noting that, driven by the construction of a free trade port, Hainan will undertake 200 million yuan of offshore service outsourcing in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 751.7%.

  From the perspective of enterprises, in 2020, the implementation of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by private enterprises was 182.56 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.9%, which was 9.5 percentage points higher than the national average growth rate.

The offshore service outsourcing performed by foreign-invested enterprises was 318.75 billion yuan, an increase of 4.2% year-on-year, accounting for 43.7% of the country's total.

  In terms of employment, as of the end of 2020, my country's service outsourcing industry has absorbed 12.909 million employees, of which 8.193 million have a university degree or above, accounting for 63.5%.

In 2020, 1.19 million new employees will be employed in the service outsourcing industry, of which 692,000 have a university degree or above, accounting for 58.2%.
