"Where there is going to be demand"

What is a "learner" CDI?

A contract for which a person is recruited without having the adequate training for a position, in sectors in tension on the employment front, such as masonry or optical fiber, for example.

Not knowing how to do a priori, "it does not matter", says Alexandre Viros.

"Often, we hire you and (…) we make you improve your skills, but we do not train you for a new job", diagnoses the president of Adecco France.

This time, the group intends to hire for example "people who were near Toulouse and worked in aeronautics, sector in great difficulty".

"They lose their jobs. We hire them on permanent learning contracts, we train them for the profession of fiber optic technician, where there will be demand."

"Without going through the unemployment box"

"Then our customers who have fiber optic technicians' needs call us, ask us for a mission and we do what is called a delegation," says the manager.

Result, according to him: "We put these people very quickly on the job without going through the unemployment box."

All the information on these "learner" CDI offers is available on the Adecco website, in the branch, or by calling the group's call center.
