According to statistics, from March 2020 to the end of last year, China Customs inspected and released 438.5 billion yuan worth of major epidemic prevention and control materials exported.

　　The masks everyone is most concerned about, we exported 224.1 billion pieces, worth 340 billion yuan, which is equivalent to providing nearly 40 masks for everyone in the world outside of China.

This includes 65 billion medical masks, accounting for 30% of the export volume of masks.

We also exported 2.31 billion pieces of protective clothing, including 773 million pieces of medical protective clothing; 289 million pairs of goggles and 2.92 billion pairs of surgical gloves.

In terms of medical equipment, we exported 271,000 ventilators, including 212,000 non-invasive ventilators, 663,000 patient monitors, and 119 million infrared thermometers.

In addition, 1.08 billion copies of new crown virus detection kits were exported, which provided support for the new crown virus detection work.

When talking about how to prevent the new crown pneumonia epidemic from being imported through imported cold chain food, Li Kuiwen said that the General Administration of Customs is increasing the quarantine of imported cold chain food.

At present, 124 cold-chain food manufacturers in 21 countries where employees have been infected with the new crown pneumonia have taken measures to suspend their product imports. Among them, 107 companies have voluntarily suspended exports to China after the outbreak.

　　As of 24:00 yesterday, a total of 1,295,692 samples were sampled and tested by customs across the country, 47 of which were positive for nucleic acid, and all other samples were negative.

As of 24:00 on January 13, 13.17 million imported cold-chain food outer packages have been preventively disinfected at ports across the country.
