The founder and chairman of the Al Habtoor Group, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, said that the group is considering building a tourist resort in the Hatta region, as the group owns 100,000 square meters and is ready for tourism investment, but we are awaiting the decision from the authorities to start work in this resort.

In statements to "Emirates Today" on the sidelines of offering the "Amna Tower" for sale in the market yesterday, he confirmed that the year 2021 is the year of optimism over the end of the health crisis, expecting investors and tourists to return to Dubai.

He stated that the group witnessed strong demand for its properties during the pandemic period, from both local and international investors.

For his part, the General Manager of Al Habtoor Group, Ghaleb bin Kharbash, said, "The value of the investments in the (Amna Tower) that was put up for sale is estimated at one billion and 250 million dirhams."

He pointed out that the tower contains one of the most expensive "penthouse" units in Dubai, which is located on the 71st floor of the tower and has a price of 205 million dirhams, pointing out that the company has received many inquiries about the "penthouse" unit, with an area of ​​30,000 square feet. It is characterized by a view of the Dubai skyline, and a distinctive view of the Dubai Water Canal and Sheikh Zayed Road. In addition, the tower includes three other units "penthouses", whose prices range between 62 and 66 million dirhams.
