As Novak noted, to smooth out the effect of price fluctuations in the global retail market, a damping mechanism is effectively operating, thanks to which in 2021 the growth rate of prices for oil products will also remain within inflation.
He stressed that the authorities keep the situation with fuel prices under special control.
