　　Wang Lei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Provincial Party Committee's Deep Reform Office (Office of the Free Trade Port Working Committee), introduced that as the core policy of the Hainan Free Trade Port, the new tax exemption policy for outlying islands was implemented from July 1 to December 31 last year. , The average daily sales exceeded 120 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of more than two times, effectively digesting the adverse effects of the epidemic.

As the number of tourists received in Hainan province fell by 20% year-on-year, duty-free shops successfully completed the goal of doubling annual sales from the previous year to 30 billion yuan.

With regard to the establishment of new duty-free shops, the four national ministries and commissions have previously approved the opening of 6 new duty-free shops on outlying islands in Hainan Province. Currently, Hainan has 5 market players and 10 duty-free shops.

Among the six new stores, three outlying island duty-free stores in Sanya have opened on December 30, namely Hailv Duty Free City, China Service Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Park and Sanya Phoenix Airport Duty Free; the three in Haikou are also planning to open Recently opened, they are Haikong Global Boutique (Haikou) Duty Free City in Riyue Square, Shenzhen Duty Free Shopping Center of Mission Hills Haikou in Mission Hills New Town and Duty Free Shop of Haikou Meilan Airport Phase II.
