Recently, 9 companies including Laizhou Maila Network Technology Co., Ltd. applied to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to terminate their operation of relevant value-added telecommunications services within the validity period of their business licenses; 51 companies including Hangzhou Yuntian Information Technology Co., Ltd., The validity period of the business license expired, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology did not apply to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the continuation of relevant value-added telecommunications services or did not comply with the license renewal regulations.
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of telecommunications users and properly solve the problems of users afterwards, in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Telecommunications Business Licenses" (Order No. 42 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the relevant information on the proposed cancellation of cross-regional value-added telecommunications business licenses is now publicized. The publicity period is from January 7, 2021 to February 6, 2021.
During the publicity period, if you have objections to the cancellation of the relevant business licenses of the above-mentioned enterprises or find that there are remaining user problems, please report the relevant situation to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and provide detailed evidence and contact information for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to investigate deal with.
If no objection is received during the public announcement period, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will cancel its relevant cross-regional value-added telecommunications business license according to law.
