On the same day, the Harbin Customs released information that the Mohe Customs affiliated to the Harbin Customs has supervised and served nearly 200 million tons of crude oil from Russia in the Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline for 10 years.

  The Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline starts from the Skovorodino Substation of the Russian Far East Crude Oil Pipeline, passes through Heilongjiang via the Galinda metering station on the Russian border, enters China in Mohe City, Heilongjiang Province, starts from the first entry point of Mohe, and passes through Heilongjiang Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, it stretches for 1,000 kilometers to reach the Daqing end station.

On January 1, 2011, the first line of the China-Russia crude oil pipeline was officially put into operation, with an annual import of 15 million tons of crude oil; on January 1, 2018, the second line of the China-Russia crude oil pipeline was completed and put into operation, and the total annual crude oil imports of the China-Russia crude oil pipeline increased. Export to 30 million tons.

  "Recently, the outdoor temperature in Mohe has dropped to more than minus 40 degrees Celsius. We have been patrolling the operation of the crude oil pipeline. Over the course of the day, some people's ears and faces were frozen."

According to Qu Hongzhi, head of the Mohe Customs Office under Harbin Customs, the annual average temperature of Mohe is minus 5.5℃, the lowest temperature can reach minus 50℃, and the winter is as long as 8 months.

The first station of the Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline in China was built deep in the mountains, 190 kilometers away from the city of Mohe.

As the northernmost customs in China, Mohe Customs has overcome difficulties and implemented "7×24 hours", "point-to-point" and "one-to-one" services to ensure timely and rapid clearance of imported crude oil, pipeline testing equipment, and temporary transit personnel.

Mohe Customs has also established a research team for crude oil supervision and control to grasp the quality data of imported crude oil in real time.

Actively answer the relevant laws and regulations of foreign trade to enterprises, and deepen cooperation between customs and enterprises through the establishment of a sound communication and cooperation mechanism to ensure that the customs and enterprises jointly "cheer" for China.
