Volkswagen Group Components, the division of the group that deals with the charging activities of electric cars, has just presented a new automated robot project.
Mobile, the latter can come to an electric car to charge it!

Via a dedicated application, the user can request a charge of his car and the robot does the rest: it connects to the vehicle, starts the “refueling”, disconnects and returns to its base.
If all this is only a project for the moment and Volkswagen does not give details as to the loading power, it could well be that this technology is developing with great strides with the aim of simplifying this kind of handling. .
